We are licensed by the State of Florida and also with our local county. We're registered and fully compliant for local and state taxes and we're insured - we'll gladly provide all the certificates and live links to check our license on the Florida State website and to check we're up to date with our property taxes.

We will provide you with a clearly laid out and fully itemized quote, so you can see the exact charges before you make any decisions. There will never be any hidden extras and nothing will ever be added to the rates after we quote you.
Pool heat? Already shown in the breadown. Internet? All part of the package. AC? All included with temps higher or lower to suit you. Cable TV? Upgraded HD package, naturally! Hot Tub heat? Of course! Game Room? You bet! Cleaning fee? Exactly as shown in the quote. Credit card fees? No way! No hidden fees what-so-ever. The rate you pay is the exact rate we quote you on day one. |

We KNOW every guest has a different comfort level, so who are we to tell you what that is? We will never dictate or take away your choice - you want the house cooler? Simple, just turn the AC down. You want the house warmer? Easy, just turn the AC up. The whole house is climate controlled to suit you.
Pool water a little warm? No worries, we'll turn it down. Maybe a little cool? No problem, up go the temps.

We are so close to the parks you could easily nip home for a cooling swim and go back in the afternoon or evening for the spectacular firework displays. We can even give you a shortcut to avoid the traffic. Two sets of lights and you are right there in the heart of the magic. Any closer and you'd need an attraction ticket to stay!! The rest of the amazing entertainment options on offer in Orlando are all within easy reach PLUS there are endless dining options within a few minutes drive, plus 24 hour grocery stores and retail complexes. |
